Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with nice amenities, although I should have requested a double room instead of a twin. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff members being tremendously helpful while others seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to public transportation and tourist attractions, but the price per night was a bit high for the overall experience. The dining options were okay, although the omelette station could be slow at times.
I had a great stay at this hotel in west Berlin. The rooms were contemporary and funky, with a moving wall between the bathroom and bedroom, very sleek and modern, comfortable, and decently sized, overlooking the Tiergarten. The amenities were very nice, and the price was reasonable. The service was friendly and helpful, although lacking a bit in friendliness for a premium hotel. The location was perfect, in a green part of Berlin, with easy access to public transport. The dining experience was top-notch, with plenty of choices and top-quality dishes. The facilities were excellent overall, offering everything one might need during their stay.
The hotel feels like home, though the rooms might need an update. Found some surprises under the furniture but overall cozy. Service is correct but could use more charm. Perfectly located near Tiergarten and Zoo Berlin. Dining offers variety but can get repetitive. Great spot for relaxation after sightseeing.
The hotel is superbly located near the bus station, and the frequent buses right outside make it the ideal spot for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though they tended to get quite warm. The service is exceptional, with attentive and kind staff going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. The dining options were good with a wide variety, but some found it a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money stay with top-notch service and a perfect location.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with sufficient space for luggage, but there were issues with noise from the ceiling of the 8th floor. It didn't quite meet InterContinental standards.
The hotel had a great location, very convenient for exploring the city, and the rooms were comfortable. However, the price may not fully justify the overall experience. The service was a standout with exceptionally helpful staff. Dining options were fabulous, providing a variety of international cuisine. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and well-appointed, but the dated carpet and furniture were noticeable drawbacks. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members being very helpful while others fell short. The location next to the Tiergarten was convenient, but it might be a bit far from some tourist attractions. The dining options were good overall, although there were a few mishaps. The facilities were adequate, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel boasts airy rooms with good comfortable beds, spacious enough and clean, although the standard decoration is similar to other 5-star hotels. The service was professional, friendly, courteous, and well-trained in delivering creative apologies. The location is very convenient for exploring Berlin but could use better quality toilet paper. Dining options are varied and enjoyable, with excellent price/quality ratios. A few facilities need improvement to enhance the overall experience, but the value for money is noteworthy.
